As the pandemic is sweeping through the world the number of casualties in New York City are particularly alarming. However, even in grim times like these, there are always people looking out for each other. One of those is Zarith Pineda from Brooklyn based design non profit Territorial Empathy.

They have created a map that shows all free food locations for New York City families in Spanish to supplement the Government version in English. It show community kitchens, food banks, and school food pick up locations. It also has availability information (school info, times available, etc). More info here.

Another project that Territtorial Empathy has released is a door hanger in both English and Spanish that folks can download and print to let their neighbours know, they are available to help during this time.
