“My work seeks to generate inspiration, collaboration and change through design at “the end of the world.“
Erich Martino is a multidisciplinary Mexican creator whose career crosses visual design, user experience and sound production. He trained as a designer in Mexico City and built his professional career in Helsinki, London and San Francisco, collaborating with startups and companies such as Nokia and Microsoft. He is currently Principal Designer at Outlook and Copilot, designing AI-powered experiences, and holds several registered design patents. In parallel, he maintains an independent practice as a visual artist, musician, DJ and communicator, exploring the intersection of sound, technology and communication with a minimalist and experimental aesthetic. In 2023 he released his album At the End of the World, Plant a Tree under the label A Shifting Arts Release, a project that received the Freda Sack Award from the International Society of Typographic Designers and was nominated for the D&AD Awards 2024.
