Over a twenty-year career as a photographer and filmmaker, he has participated in exhibitions at Casa América in Madrid, the Venice Biennale, El Museo del Barrio in New York, the Museum of Modern Art of the Philippines, and the Palacio de Bellas Artes Museum in Mexico City. In recent years, he has documented life in Mexico City, photographing its architecture, massive outdoor concerts, protests and marches, the pulse of the city, and the harsh landscapes of its marginalized areas. In the most recent stage of his photographic career, he has specialized in aerial photography, particularly with drones. His aerial shots of Mexico City have been published by international outlets such as the BBC, The Guardian, and El País, as well as national outlets like Reforma, Aristegui Noticias, and Animal Político, among many others. He has also documented the World Cup, the Olympic Games, and parts of the African continent.
