Presented by Centro

Collective Instinct is a strategic and educational experience inspired by the ways different animal groups organize, communicate, distribute roles, care for each other, and protect their environment.
Through play, creativity, and teamwork, participants tackle workplace situations, organizational challenges, and community frictions. During the experience, they discover the connection between animal behaviors and six principles of design for social innovation: common purpose, inclusive participation, shared power, fair distribution, collective care, and adaptive learning.
An invitation to learn from nature, explore new ways of organizing, and respond collectively to the challenges of daily life.
