Design can be applied to solve all kinds of problems. How do you make a real impact in today’s fast-changing world, characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity? Which creative leadership mindsets, skills and behaviours do you need to grow as a designer?
During this session we will co-create an agenda for creative leadership growth, based on the challenges in the world around us, the needs from across all fields of design and our collective outlook on the world we wish to design. You will explore a gallery of creative leadership qualities, exchange ideas in small teams and co-create avatars of your future self as a creative leader. This highly interactive session will kick-start your learning journey, helping you to envision and realise your creative potential in the future.
