The Stories That Shape Tomorrow – Panel
Friday 6 June | 14:30 – 15:30 | Grote Zaal | Pakhuis de Zwijger
How do we collectively design the climate future?
In a world flooded with climate content, what stories still need to be told—and how do we tell them together?
From frontline Indigenous filmmakers to cultural platforms, designers, and educators, storytellers are shaping how we understand the climate crisis and imagine new futures. This panel—featuring Imagine5, Earthrise Studio, WaterBear, and the People’s Planet Project—brings together diverse voices across the climate storytelling ecosystem to examine the roles we play, the narratives we’re building, and how we can better support one another.
Together, we’ll reflect honestly on what hasn’t worked, what stories are still missing, and how we can move beyond repetition and siloed efforts.
We’ll explore how storytelling can cut through misinformation, apathy, and fatigue—and chart a shared path forward that is inclusive, effective, and grounded in real impact!
