Austrian Cultural Forum in Mexico
For over two decades, Austrian food design duo honey & bunny (Sonja Stummerer and Martin Hablesreiter) have questioned how we produce, consume, and relate to food. Their projects—blending performance, design, and cultural critique—have traveled across museums and biennials worldwide.
In this workshop-performance, they present an immersive experience that positions the earth as both the origin and destiny of everything we eat. Through installations featuring circles of fruits, vegetables, and ultra-processed foods, alongside a table served with local cuisine, participants are invited to confront the tensions between the natural and the industrial in our daily diets.
A session to get your hands dirty, spark conversations, and rethink through design our relationship with food and the planet.
