Anne Wiederhold-Daryanavard is the co-founder and art director of the art institute Brunnenpassage [ArtSocialSpace] in Vienna and an actress. Her work focuses on the development of formats for transcultural performing arts, decentralized cultural work and co-creative art.

Wiederhold is a diversity expert who was a delegate for Austria from 2012 until 2014 in the European Union Work Group for the Role of Public Arts and Cultural Institutions in the Promotion of Cultural Diversity and Intercultural Dialogue. She is the author (with Ivana Pilic) of the book Art Practices in the Migration Society – Transcultural Strategies in Action at Brunnenpassage in Vienna, published in 2015.

Since 2000, Wiederhold has played in many international productions, especially in experimental body theatre, mask theatre and in the contemporary political documentary theatre. She has studied acting in Bremen and Vienna and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Bremen.
